6"x6" giclee print of "Kansas Cardinal", with a hand painted halo in gold. Printed and constructed by the artist on 300 weight archival print paper and mounted on a 1" thick wood panel, with hand painted black edges.
 
This was a commission for a friend who's elderly mother, who grew up on a farm in Kansas, was missing seeing the Cardinals of her childhood.  I had to do some research to see if they really were that red.  And they are!
